We want to thank everyone for participating in our 1st Annual Glamourganza weekend in Saratoga Springs.
We started our weekend with a meet and greet dinner at The Springs Restaurant in Saratoga Springs to welcome the students and staff from Arthur Murray Commack, Arthur Murray NYC, Arthur Murray Merrick, & Arthur Murray Williston Park. Immediately following dinner, the students & staff joined the Arthur Murray Saratoga Springs students & staff for our super-sized Friday Night Glamourganza kick off party.
On Saturday we had the pleasure of being the first group to use the brand new Excelsior Ballroom at the Courtyard Marriott in Saratoga Springs. By 10am the ballroom was filled with students and staff warming up for a full day of dancing. The afternoon was filled with numerous freestyle heats and solo routines from students of all levels.
Saturday evening began with a champagne reception followed by a fabulous dinner and lots of general dancing. The night also included awards for showcase participation and a medal ball ceremony to celebrate those students who graduated to a new level in their dancing. The evening concluded with a fabulous professional show featuring instructors from several of the participating Arthur Murray studios.
We wrapped up our weekend with a beautiful cruise on the Lac Du Sacrement in Lake George, NY. We enjoyed a champagne brunch and dancing while cruising on the lake.
Whether it was coming to the dinner or party Friday night, the showcase Saturday, the Saturday evening gala, or the cruise on Sunday, we appreciate your participation.
